Travel Advisor Reviews — Cindy Lajoie, Central Florida

What It’s Really Like to Plan Your Vacation with Cindy Lajoie
The best way to understand what it’s like to plan a vacation with me is to hear from the people who have already traveled with me.
I’m Cindy Lajoie, an IATA-accredited independent travel advisor, and every trip I plan is a little different. I’ve helped clients coordinate large group cruises, European vacations, girls’ getaways, Caribbean cruises, excursions, flights, dining, and all the little details that can turn travel planning into a much bigger project than expected.
But my goal is always the same: make the planning easier so you can enjoy the trip.
The traveler stories below come directly from real clients who trusted me with their vacations. Their experiences are also a good reminder that travel doesn’t have to look one particular way.
Sometimes it’s 57 people cruising together. Sometimes it’s a girls’ weekend filled with laughter and great food. Sometimes it’s Greece.
Whatever your idea of a great vacation looks like, I’d love to help you get there.

Real Experiences From My Travelers
Debbie — Savannah Girls’ Trip
"Girls’ weekend in Savannah = SUCCESS! Huge shoutout to Cindy from Travel with Cindy for planning the most fun, perfectly organized getaway ever. We laughed until we cried on the sightseeing comedy tour—seriously, my stomach still hurts. Then came the progressive dinner: cocktails at Jazz’d (amazing), gourmet goodness at Bistro 45 (even better), and a sinful dessert finale at Better Than Sex (no explanation needed). Cindy nailed every detail. If you want a girls’ trip that’s smooth, hilarious, delicious, and totally unforgettable, she’s your girl."
— Debbie
Savannah Girls trip, June 2026
There’s a lot I love about planning a trip like this.
A girls’ getaway isn’t necessarily about checking famous landmarks off a list. It’s about creating the right mix of experiences and leaving plenty of room to simply enjoy being together.
From sightseeing to cocktails, dinner, dessert, and a whole lot of laughing, Debbie’s Savannah trip is a great example of how the details can come together to create a getaway everyone remembers.
Group Cruise Planning Without the Group-Planning Stress
Getting a few people organized for a vacation can be challenging.
Getting 57 people organized is something else entirely.
Group cruises can involve multiple accommodations, dining arrangements, shore excursions, questions, preferences, and schedules. Having one person helping coordinate those pieces can take a lot of pressure off the travelers—especially whoever originally volunteered to organize the trip.
Robin — Celebrity Caribbean Group Cruise
"Our March 2025 vacation on the Celebrity Reflection was phenomenal. The ship was in immaculate condition, the activities were engaging, and the crew's service was top-notch. Organizing a trip for our group of 57 people could have been chaotic, but our travel agent, Cindy, made it completely seamless. She expertly coordinated all of our accommodations, dining, and shore excursions with incredible attention to detail. Thanks to Cindy, the entire journey was stress-free and enjoyable for everyone. We highly recommend her for any group travel planning!"

Celebrity Cruise to Caribbean, March 2025 Group Cruise
This is exactly what I want group travel to feel like for my clients.
There are always going to be details behind the scenes, but you shouldn’t have to spend the whole vacation thinking about them.
Whether you’re planning a cruise with extended family, friends, or another large group, I can help organize the travel arrangements so you can focus more on the reason everyone wanted to travel together in the first place.
A Caribbean Cruise to Remember
Sometimes you know a vacation was good because nobody wants it to end.
Carol — Celebrity Caribbean Cruise
"The best Trip of Our Lives! All good things must end (eventually)! ?? What a fantastic week cruising with great friends! Loved the Celebrity Equinox, thanks to Cindy Tickal Lajoie for putting together a flawless adventure! I would recommend this agent to my family and friends"

Celebrity Cruise to Caribbean, March 2025
Cruising with friends can be such a fun way to travel because the vacation gives you a combination of time together and freedom to enjoy the trip your own way.
You can meet for dinner, explore ports together, relax by the pool, catch a show, or go off and do something completely different for a few hours.
For me, hearing a client describe a vacation as one of the best trips of their life is what this work is all about.
From Flights to Private Tours in Greece
Some vacations have more moving pieces than others.
International travel can involve flights, transportation, excursions, daily plans, tours, and questions about how everything will fit together once you arrive.
That’s exactly where having someone organize those details can make a difference.
Don — Norwegian Greece Cruise
"Cindy made our Greece cruise absolutely stress-free from the moment we started planning until we arrived back home. She handled every detail—our flights, a complete agenda, all excursions, and incredible private tours—so we never had to worry about a thing. Her organization, communication, and expertise turned this trip into a seamless, unforgettable experience. We will definitely book with her again!"

Norwegian Greece Cruise
Don’s trip is a great example of why my role doesn’t have to stop with making a cruise reservation.
Depending on the vacation, there may be flights to coordinate, excursions to consider, private tours to arrange, and an itinerary to bring together.
My goal is to help those pieces make sense as one complete trip.
What These Traveler Stories Mean to Me
I started Travel with Cindy Lajoie because I wanted to give travelers something that can be difficult to get from a booking website: personal attention from someone who actually knows their vacation.
When you work with me, you work directly with me.
I learn your preferences, help you sort through your options, and stay involved as we put the trip together. I’m available to provide support before, during, and after your travels.
That personal relationship matters to me.
I don’t want to simply process a reservation and disappear. I want you to come home excited to tell people where you went—and eventually start thinking about where you’d like to go next.
